Jonathan has been wanting a flat screen TV for awhile now. I've been putting off the purchase for many reasons, none of 'good' reasons. Even after our old TV went black and while, I was still holding out! But now, with all the baby excitement, I thought he deserved it. Who knows, it might be awhile before Jonathan gets to buy a toy for himself again. :) It was Super Bowl weekend, so we got a really good deal on it. He was even able to get our new shelving units from IKEA up that we purchased back in December. We got these really cool DVD shelves and picture shelves for our family portraits. Jonathan still has some work to do running the power cords and cable through the wall, but we got a good start on our living room final touches this weekend.
Our dogs are really helpful. They get in the way more than help, but they try really, really hard! It's so cute. I think Jonathan wishes sometimes that they could run for tools, or hold this and that. :) Maybe God will bless him with a little boy to be his lil' helper.
